Meeting Registration Bag Insert Service
COST: $3,350 for exhibiting companies; $6,850 for non-exhibiting companies
ASHP will arrange for distribution of your product literature, special booth promotions, products and services, CE monographs, and press releases. The Meeting Registration Bag Insert will be distributed to attendees as they check in for the conference. The due date for approved preprinted materials is May 31.

Health and Safety
We can’t wait to see you in person again and are getting ready to welcome you back to our on-site event. At the ASHP 2022 Summer Meetings & Exhibition, our top priorities will be health and safety. Be assured that ASHP will follow all national and local COVID-19 public health guidelines in place at the time of the meeting, including masking and distancing protocols. We recognize that the COVID-19 situation is continually changing. We are currently monitoring, and will continue to closely monitor the latest available information to enable us to make appropriate decisions that are in the best interests of all involved in the meeting.
In keeping with our mission and commitment to protect the health and safety of our members and the general public, it is ASHP's expectation that all attendees, presenters, and exhibitors be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending. All ASHP staff in attendance will be vaccinated.
In addition, ASHP is in close coordination and ongoing conversations with ASHP’s housing provider, venue, and airline and travel industry liaisons. ASHP is committed to compliance with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, and local health authorities in connection with the location of the applicable in-person ASHP meeting or event. Information about COVID-19 for travelers and tips for prevention are available on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) website.
As we get closer to welcoming you back to our in-person event, we will provide you with more detailed information regarding the health and safety measures that will be implemented throughout the meeting.
